Daily Bundle is designed to support your already good habits but shouldn’t be a replacement for eating well, getting adequate rest, and exercising regularly.

What’s the Best Time to Take Daily Bundle?


You can take Daily Turmeric any time of day on an empty stomach to minimize competition with other nutrients. We recommend taking one capsule twice per day about 20-30 minutes before a meal.

We also recommend taking two capsules of Daily Probiotic per day either before or during a meal. You can take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening so that your servings are roughly 12 hours apart.

You can take Daily Adrenal Support with a meal once or twice per day. You can take it any time of day. Taking it in the morning may help you feel relaxed throughout the day. However, some people find that one of the key ingredients, Ashwagandha, makes them drowsy. If you notice feeling sleepy, it may be a good idea to take it in the evening so that you can use it as a sleep aid.

Should I take Daily Bundle with Food?


We recommend taking Daily Turmeric with a small amount of fat such as one of the following:


  • Avocado
  • Olive oil
  • Fatty fish
  • Coconut milk
  • Coconut oil
  • Olives


It may be a good idea to take Daily Adrenal Support with food to reduce your chances of developing stomach discomfort. It’s best to avoid taking it when you’re taking other medications or herbs to reduce the chances of them negatively affecting each other. (maybe competing with each other?)

We recommend taking your Daily Probiotics with a small amount of carbohydrates and fat to maximize survival of the probiotics. 1

Should I Take Daily Bundle with Water, Coffee, or Smoothies?


We recommend avoiding hot beverages when taking Daily Bundle. There’s no research showing that hot beverages are harmful. However, until research shows that it’s definitely not harmful to take the supplements in Daily Bundle with hot drinks, it’s probably best to be cautious.


You can take these supplements with water, but you may also want to include a small amount of fat with your Daily Turmeric since turmeric’s active ingredient is fat-soluble. Taking a small amount of carbohydrates with your Daily Probiotics may help the bacteria survive in your stomach.2


Taking your Daily Bundle supplements in a smoothie that includes a small amount of fat and carbs is a great way to maximize the absorption of these supplements. Including vegetables, protein, and fruits can also help your body fight against stress.3,4


Does Anything Happen If I Take Daily Bundle with a Carbonated Beverage?


There’s no reason to believe that carbonation will affect the absorption of any of the supplements in Daily Bundle. However, carbonated beverages filled with sugar or artificial sweeteners may contribute to other health problems.


However, there’s some evidence suggesting that regular soda consumption may negatively affect your bone density, but more research is needed. Many carbonated beverages are also filled with sugar or artificial sweeteners that may have negative effects on your health. You may want to avoid most carbonated drinks to lower your intake of these harmful substances.

What Is the Best Way to Store Daily Bundle?


All of the supplements in Daily Bundle can be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight and moisture. If you live in a temperate climate, you can leave Daily Bundle in your cupboard or gym bag. If you live in a particularly humid or hot environment, you may want to store it in the driest and coolest part of your house.


Until recently, most probiotic supplements had to be refrigerated. However, technological improvements have led to advances in freeze-drying for probiotic supplements.5 Our Daily Probiotic supplement uses freeze-drying technology to allow probiotic bacteria to survive even without refrigeration.


Research shows that the best temperature to store turmeric at might be 81 degrees, or roughly room temperature.6
